a message was sent my way saying that it might be thought that i might be just looking for a clan tag for my name... in fact i am looking for a clan, so i will apply where i think fit. its like looking for a job. i apply for many jobs and take the one that benefits me the most. i don't see this as a bad thing, because i believe iam worth recruiting in a clan. i havnt even been in a clan at all in bf2142 (since it came out). i have only applied for VTRX and ][5th][ reasons being that i know the members of that clan well, and they are very skilled. all this is said with utmost respect.

I appreciate you taking the time to explain things and I for one can understand that I guess.. I'm hoping to get a chance to play with you soon (tonight hopefully).

Mike, I can understand applying to clans that you think may have more to offer and members who you can fit in with. I appreciate that you posted a public statement clarifying your reasons. I have a couple more questions I'd like for you to answer if you'll humor me.

What is it that you think a clan is? What do they represent and what does it mean to be a member in one?

If, from your applying to multiple clans, you get multiple acceptances, what would you do?

I would like for you to post here, but if you are not comfortable then you can PM me your answers.

lol this has been the hardest time i have ever had trying to join a clan. (not negative) feels like iam in a interview.

A clan is a group of people that share the same interest (bf2142) and same ambitions (teamplay, win, fun).
A clan represents everyone that is in it. As everyone represents what the clan is. I believe most clans aim for integrity, sportsmanship, and to be number 1.

Honestly if i was accepted in both i would join the one i believe to fit me best. i dont see that a bad thing, its not like asking someone to the prom. If your rejected, you feel embarrassed.

I mean recently. Regardless of how much I've played with a person, if I'm making a decision like this I like to reevaluate them just so I make sure I don't have bias in my choice. (i.e. Choose someone I know over someone I don't know without looking at both properly; the bros before hos thing.) I haven't had much time to play recently :3 so I'm going off what other Victrix have said and your responses to our questions. So far, you've answered well both in game and here.
