Moving

So today i have started packing which leaves me only with my laptop now

iam going to moving sunday and hopefully i can get my desktop up and running on monday. But until then you can all sleep quietly knowing that iam not going to be kicking your ass for the next couple days...

get your ass to an internet cafe with the laptop and play... good luck with the move, remeber lift with your back not your legs

Lifting with your legs is much harder too. For ease and safety, I'd just hire some cheap day workers, otherwise lift with your back.

Lifting with your legs doubles as preservation for your back (lift with long strong muscles) and good exercise. The legs store much of the nutrients the rest of the muscles of your body use for fuel, so when working out, using your legs activates it and frees it up for the rest of your body to use as well.
