I too sometimes push instead of pull, and yet I'm working with DFT. The scientists of the future sure are something.

Well, sheesh. I fear the utmost destruction we might endure if the power that is black matter is tapped, and suddenly cannot be contained. The sheer and utter destruction we might face, or complete obliteration frightens me beyond comprehension. I would prefer to live the rest of my life in this plane of existance, withouth having to endure the dreadful nothingness of the vast abyss that we call space. Millions of voices may cry out, as a rift in time and space swallow our planet in its entirety.

I can top that. Nothing but engineers and technical people where I work at a place considered to be the Navy's thinktank and we have this vault door in our building. It used to stay open, but we just recently started using it again and its slightly set into the wall.

The first morning using the door I get to work and my boss is outside the door swiping her badge and trying to push her way in. We briefly discuss why it might not be working and I'm like, "Here let me try, maybe you're just not pushing hard enough." (<--- insert manly Tim Allen grunts here.)

...When it didn't work for me I hung my head in shame. She tries again and still no luck until she jerks the door in frustration, accidentally pulling it open...and I hung my head in shame. A week went by and I kid you not, some wiseguy put that Midvale School for the Gifted FarsSide up on the door. I'm sad to say that I guess it was a common problem.
