After only minor instability last night, my system refused to boot today, have troubleshoot with dell, they are sending a tech out with all new guts for my computer, (new Mobo, 2x new graphics cards, all new ram) should be back online by late Wednesday.

opti, for starters the shipping weight on this box is 99lbs, shaking it is a pain in the ass, and ive tried all that, including asking nicely.

new parts hopefully tomorrow.

I had some problems with a few Dell PC's fresh from Dell a few years ago. Be mindful that replacement parts are almost always refurbished, if you ask the technician or call customer service they'll probably confirm that for you. Also, don't talk to the CS agents from India or whereever they are from you will probably, as I have on numerous occassions, see little progress with them. One of the CS numbers will actually connect you to US or Canadian support and those are the guys that will help you. If you're persistant and if the system is new enough I'm sure you can convince them to replace everything with new parts. I highly recommend you go with new parts... I'm building my next PC (soon, very very soon...) although I like Dell I think I'm done with the hassle.
