Here's why I haven't purchased BF3...

That's a little video I made for myself...

I have officially joined the USMC DEP. While my official boot camp date isn't until August 13th, I hope to go around March. In February I plan to put my name on the "hot list" of people ready to ship out, and when a spot opens because some idiot gets dq'ed, I'll fill the gap.

I feel that BF3 will be a distraction to what I hope to accomplish, and I already have enough distractions, no point in adding more. There comes a time where you have to sacrifice to achieve your goals. (Believe me, I want BF3).

I simply can't justify spending money upgrading my rig for a game when I'll be gone for the next four years, at least.

Hope y'all can understand.

Haha, DEP = Delayed Entry Program. Basically just working out with all the other future Marines every Thursday night and one Saturday morning a month. It helps to get you ready for boot camp.

I understand your reluctance of not purchasing BF3 (for now) you bet your ass you will be back with us sometime sooner or later (since we're soo irresistable)! RL is always precedent and I wish your endeavors serve you well and for the very best.
