Re: Help Spread the Good Word
Hey War, can you post up a link to the example reddit post again?
Buddy, did you want to make the initial post, link it here and I will write a follow up with my impressions of the server here?
Also, who is posting on the steam community area?

You'll want to look up vote manipulation rules. I think if people actually post a comment of sufficient merit, that should be fine. The issue is when someone asks fans/followers/friends to vote up a topic they created, which causes an unnatural voting process for the thread. Vote manipulation is something to be careful about as it can get an account shadow banned, and it has even gotten some sites such as OnGamers banned site wide.
The other issue to remember is that most subs call for a certain ratio of topic creation to posting in threads if the topics are self-serving (ex. "Hey, check out my YouTube video!"). It's there to make sure the topic creators are participating in the community as opposed to being spam bots. This is generally something that just might get you banned from that subreddit and NOT shadow banned.enf-Jesus its been like 12 minutes and you're already worried about stats?! :-P
Bigdog-Sweet home Alabama you are an idiot.

Here is a link to the reddit post I made in /playarkservers.

I'm not really sure what the bump rules are but I guess you could just copy/paste that and repost it. Or make another.
Also, apparently you can upvote once a day on Arkservers.net so ya do that.
