Graphics look nothing like ARMA3. Looks like regular old DayZ with a few tweaks.

One of my friends told me there was a DayZ mod for Arma3. The movement animation and the ammo hud are definitely Arma3 in this video.

Yes that is correct and it is absolutely real. In the same way wasteland was ported over to Arma 3 so did somebody manage to do the same for DayZ mod.

One draw back though. It can only be played in single player mode.

Edit: not sure how these guys are playing multilayer though.

It can be done. They are also porting arma 2 + wasteland chernarus to Arma 3.
