Is this a hack or problem with beta?

It's crashed the server multiple times since beta release.

Has a graphic of the a skull with the message, the background morphs to TV-like snow (no signal), fades to multicolor bars. Pretty pro-quality graphics.

That's a function built in the game by BIS for campaign cutscenes, the hacker just passes a text message to it.

I may have found something else to detect hackers that do this. It won't prevent them from shitting the server, but it will log their user ID for sure so their Steam account can be permabanned at a later time. This time it will only be implemented on the TPG server without being publicly distributed at all, so hackers won't be able to reverse it, and since the current anti-hack already catches most cheaters anyway.
