    Restarts are working but I didn't see messages. Could this be because global is disabled?

    Automated restarts are currently fubar'd. I'm going to keep working on them. Been speaking with the creator of BEC and he says our scheduler.xml is set up perfectly and he has no idea why it's not working. Sigh.

    Skaronator - main coder for A3 Epoch was having issues with his automated restarts on his own server.

    Probably just a coincidence? but basically he said Windows wasn't executing his restart script.

    I believe I have found why restarts and rotating messages have not been working. Will be addressing this evening when I get home from my day job.

    Krom has done it. Restarts and messages are now totally automated.

    I see it working! It spooks me every 15mins "server will restart every 4 hours". It's too close to the restart message for 10/5/1.
