Thread: In the Team Player Spirit . . .

Krom & Merritt were trying to make us whole due to a server glitch & Source/Tortise/Devin came & blew up all our vehicles storing all our gear while we were rebuilding . . . EVEN KNOWING we were dealing with a server issue.

Real fucking smooth.

EDIT:
The first 7 mins is the TRIMMED DOWN part of them trolling around the base being dicks AFTER blowing up the vehicles storing our gear. The last part is the woods surrounding all knocked down making it difficult to get any wood.



The timeline of events:
- target & I are the last 2 guys working on the base, we're missing 4 cinder to completely finish all walls we're missing, we go visit our other stash sites to see if we have any, but target is tired, didn't want to fly, so I fly
- as we're loading up to return, we get all 3 trolls asking "how's klen?"
- I responded with "we're dealing with a server glitch destroying our base"
- "looks nice, we mowed the grass, that'll be 100 Krypto"
- target & I don't like what we hear, fly back immediately
- we come back to find our VEHICLES DESTROYED
- I can remember all that except what I typed to them after we landed because I was so angry, but I called them assholes
- I went into their TS lobby, asked WTF & got "what do you expect when you park vehicles like that in a field?" (Aka right outside the door to shuffle belongings from shelf to truck)
- I start this post
- I calm down, target had to go pick up his sister
- while I flew out to go get some other supplies, I'm flying back in & notice 2 Hunter in the woods below the the hilltop driving around the tree line mowing down trees
- THE VIDEO STARTS HERE
- I ignore them from this point out, but record the video as they circle the base for 15 mins honking their horns GRIEFING while I sit inside sorting thru what we have left, what we need, & what's left to complete

The time between them messaging us & circling base is about 30 mins.

how when our team lost 70% of our base to a server bug and every other regular on the server agreed not to fuck with us while we try to rebuld ( 10 + hours working on it straight) these guys log in team up and destroy all the vehicles holding our supplies to re build and restock and mow down all the trees so we cant cut wood

these 3 really represent what team player gaming is about so a big hand out to them and thank them if they kill off a server thats not even on its feet yet buy GRIEFING / HARASSING the biggest group on the server cause thats thier excuse the size of our group

First of all let me start by saying that we have already apologized on two separate occasions. I was unaware of any standing arrangements due to my being out of town until 8:00 this evening CST. At which time I hopped on to play and generally have a good time as usual. It was at this point that Tactical Tortoise mentioned to me that the base in question was hit by some kind of server glitch. I genuinely felt for the guys because on top of us harassing them from time to time they had a fantastically built base and it was very well thought out. Part of the reason why we love to fight you guys there is because its a challenge and that's what makes it fun. To see my fun suddenly in jeopardy because of the server glitch was sad. So as we planned our night we decided to take the three hunters we nabbed and drive around the base honking and knocking over trees and generally being annoying but not ever once did we mention attempting to damage the base in question because that would have been poor sportsmanship in our eyes. I was glad to see the base had been pretty much repaired upon arrival. Much to our surprise though when we arrived we saw a huge motor pool of vehicles on top of the mountain and were immediately excited by this. This is when we collectively decided that their vehicle hoard has to go (since that was something people seemed to be displeased with). We destroyed the vehicles and continued with our tree killing rampage for some time. We were unaware of any arrangements made with other groups to halt hostilities and frankly nobody to my knowledge approached me Tactical Tortoise or Devin about the agreements. Had we have known we would have respected your position and left well enough alone and continued on our tree killing rampage.

At the end day however this is a game and people are going to play it whether you are ready for them to or not. If tonight had happened again and it was a non reg doing the damage the results would be the same or worse. I see what we did no different to what someone brand new to the server or not in the TS to be in the know would have done. I personally feel like we are owed an apology here for the way you all have acted towards us tonight and as of late to be brutally honest. However in good faith I will once again apologize for tonight's unfortunate incident and hope that we can come to terms with what has happened and move on to have more fun in our lovely server that our admins have worked so hard on to make just right for us.

i feel your full of shit like you said you were aware of the glitch you assume we have 6 fuckin transports there for shits and giggles you had to know they were full and blew it up just to be dicks and mowing down all the trees so we couldnt harvest wood was the cherry on top for you
