Thread: Bovine Bombardment

This is the second of my new comic currently titled "Source of All Evil". The first can be found <a href="http://www.texasteamplayers.com/inde...topic=35720.0" target="_blank">here</a>. I am hoping to sporadically make comics as the inspiration strikes me. I am using the various Source games as well as Garry's mod. Editing is done in Photoshop CS3 without which my life would be very bleak indeed.

The inspiration for this comic comes from an author called "BlackJack" of dumpshock.com a Shadowrun RPG resource site. His pages on how to GM a RPG game included the idea that if your players ever got too out of hand you should simply kill them with cows dropping from space. <a href="http://free.of.pl/h/hiro/rpg/srun/srbjbitter.pdf" target="_blank">The articles are mirrored here as a PDF.</a>

I just wanted to also say a thank you to a few people, specifically Tractorpull who told me I should make more of these sorts of pictures and LadyMischief who's work convinced me that Garry's Mod was the way to go.

Funny, but are they all going to be 3 box comics? I find the cartoons in the newspaper funny, too bad you have to wait a full 24 hours to read the next three boxes...

A little more detail as where you want to go with this and what it's about would be appreciated.

I was thinking 3 box since that is sort of the standard. Right now my idea for this is that it will be a bunch of mostly unconnected short comics involving the characters for the various Source games. At some point I wouldn't mind bringing in "guest stars" in the form of some of the upstanding members of the forums (think bigdog chewing out a punk-ass pubber).

Yeah, that is what I have been thinking. Suggestions? Thoughts?

I actually was contemplating drawing up a comic for TTP recently, only thing holding me back is my unfunny ideas/writing.
