You might wanna go with Bd's idea, and remove one of the DOD guys, and make your TF2 guy bigger or move the others like Thunder said.

Added some smoke. Wanted an explosion, but couldn't find one that went with the picture.
I also played with the text. Gave it an...echo-y?...look. I guess thats what you call it.

Adretheon you can copy that layer and then go into image>adjustments>hue/saturation. Set the color to web, then 40 in first box, 100 in the second. Copy that layer and repeat, but leave web color empty and set first box to -40. Then go to blending option, color dodge. Then merge down the two hue/saturation layers. See how that works for you.
