Pen and Ink Sketches by: ? M??? ?
A while back, I had an extended stay at a cheap "hotel" with limited outdoor facilities, and a lot of time on my hand, (if you get my drift..), and I created these sketches using a papermate ball point pen and typing paper. No need to go into more details about that here,
.
Just wanted to share a few with the group here @ TTP
Most are vehicles: Motorcycles and Cars, and one dark moody scene of a Monk Praying, called, (of course) The Monk, by Renaissance artist, Raphael.
No, they're not perfect, I never claimed to be an artist, at least not paid to be one, but it gave me something to do while I was on "vacation". :3
These are scans of copies, so a little blur may be present.
Gave originals to Mother, where she has them on her wall.
Comments and critiques are welcome.
All I ask, is for no one to reproduce these without my consent.

Very nice work. You have some very good shading techniques for using a ballpoint.
I used to draw in ink pen constantly because it gives you much better precision over time. After all, there's no eraser on the other end of that stick. You get it right the first time or not at all.

Thanks for the pleasant replies, everyone.
Devoting time to creating more hasn't been at a premium lately, so my inspiration has wavered.
Been trying to learn TurboCAD, and that takes a lot of my day.
(That and CS:S)
Hopefully, I can make 3-D images soon of mechanical things.
I see some of the work @ Deviant Art, and I shudder at what can be done with the right tools.
Peace all
