PSD --> MySpace Layout? ($)

Hey guys.
Basically I need a job done. Payment involved if it is truly that time-consuming.

I'm paying for a graphic designer to do a MySpace layout in Photoshop for my band. However it needs to get coded, so I can actually use it on MySpace.

Anyone know how to do this and up for the job?

Edit- Remember we're highschool kids who are spending money on instrument upgrades, studio sessions, and other crap. We can maybe fork out 20-30 bucks for this. :/ Sorry if you wanted more than that.

I have 2 questions:

1. Why not just use one of the millions of myspace templates you can find on the interwebs instead of paying some dude to make it?
2. If you are going to pay him to make it why is he not providing a finished product, ie it is ready to use?

1. Because most bands have their own custom template to suit their needs, with roster sections and an overall more professional look.

2. Because he is a graphic designer that I trust, but not a coder. He isn't charging too much since I'm a friend

They are pretty good. I worked with Scott, the lead guitarist. Riz is sick on drums, and AJ is a badass vocalist.

When I used to live in College Station, we used to have shows in our backyard.. Damn it was so crunk, try stuffing over 200 people in your backyard... kegs-a-galore, shot blocks.. and live music.
