Flash splash page needed :)

I hope i'm not being out of line by posting this request but I thought I would ask in here as I'm in a bit of bind.

I'm putting together a website for a friend and need help in creating a flash intro page with a short (30 second) video clip in it.

Pretty much what I'm looking for is a opening page that will play the animation with a "skip intro" option that will then refresh to the home page when it's finished or the "skip intro" button is pressed.

I would be able to provide the video clip and music that goes with it.

If there is anyone that is able to help with this I would greatly appreciate it. I am also willing to offer payment for your help via paypal or other from
of payment.

When do you need it by? Do you have a still image of what the page looks like with the video in it? Does the video clip need to be synced with the audio? Let me know.

Well here's the fully story.

The website is for a famous belly dancer in Los Angeles. I have tried to edit out a video clip the best I can and placed it online so you have an idea
what you'd be working with. I've added the audio and synced it already. I've been working on the layout of the site but the intro just needs to be something fun with the video I've edited in there. Here's the link to the video I have this as a wmv file which
I can send to you or upload it for you to download off the server.

The look she's going for is something with an ocean or underwater theme. Again I'll leave that up to you to work as you are the creative one.
One thing I've learned from talking to her is that she's not that into the vector style designs that are popular these days.

For the site to look consistant, you should also be designing the flash splash page. My understanding was that you were designing the site and needed help creating the flash. I assumed you just needed help with the flash coding. I'll consider helping you, if it's just with the code.

Jakt, sorry about the late reply. I've been out of town since Friday.

I'm not exactly sure what you mean by coding the flash but what I'm working on is the layout of the site photoshop and once I'm done I'll slice it up and code it in HTML/CSS etc. What I needed is the actually FLA file made so that it's something less boring than the simple video playing as it is now.

I was thinking to use that video and make it look like it was being viewed from a telescope or binocular.

Then once the animation is finished it is refreshed to the main page.

Hope that makes more sense.
