can someone help me? i want to use three or four diff pics to make a gif, but i can't figure out how to open up a new frame. i can get the first frame done.. but the second one is a doosy.

What program are you working with? If it is Photoshop and you plan to animate your gif with Imageready, simply create another layer with your second image and when you get over to Imageready you can select which layers are visible at each step of the animation. If you need further help let me know man.

I need help with mah lil giffy sig.. I'm using ImageReady, though I wish I had this other old program I used to have.. so yeah, how the fuck do I make it go faster.. there has to be some option.
It's too slow, I want it going uber fast so you don't notice his arms getting... uhhh... cut off.. I had to edit it, and it's too noticable when it's slow like that.
So, help me, how the hell do I modify .GIF speeds.
