Decided to get up off my ass and attempt to create a sig for myself, instead of begging for one to made for me. :P
This is what I have so far...feedback appreciated, I think the text is a little "meh" so suggestions for that would be helpfull.

Kinda hard to read the text, maybe sharpen it up a bit, or make it darker.

Other than the text like they said it looks great.

The only thing I'd do different is maybe add a Wind effect on the duck's blur. It would give it more of a motion blur. It looks fine now, and no one will notice either way since it's such a small detail. But as it is now it looks like its just sitting there and not moving. Again not a big deal, but thought I'd point it out.

It still needs a border. You got the light colors of the explosion blending with the light in the text and it makes it hard to read. Maybe bring the opacity back up a bit.

Em.....
Three ducks, each is on its own separate layer, each duck has its own filter/blur/motion blur. I was under the impression you couldn't place a filter on an object on a different layer? Or maybe I don't know what I'm talking about.
