If I could be a critic... the sub windows look odd with the diamond background.
I love the main BG though. (sub windows meaning like, tools > options).

I'm also using the Steam UI icons, just place it within the TeamSpeak 3 Client/gfx folder

I like the standard icons better (breaks the flow into groups better, the steam ones blend in too well).
And on the options panel, the text for the tabs (on the left) are being cut off (downloads is too long).
Also, the headers for the group-boxes seem odd... like they're too close to the text within the groupbox... or maybe it's just odd because they're actually inside the group box?

Also, the normal link-blue text is impossible to read. Try making it more of a baby blue or sky blue possibly? Since you're already using red. Or even the same blue as the links on the forums.
