That's something I'm learning damn quick: Stay the hell away when it first fills up. I've been on at 3-4 CST recently, and recognize about 1 or 2 people per side, and generally half the team is lone-wolfing (and most of those are snipers >.>)

The only time I'll switch is if I have JUST signed on and see a reg who I really like squadding with on the other team but none on teh team I got dropped with. Sometimes that means moving to the losing team. If I get frustrated... I just back away from teh game altogether rather than jump ship to the winning team. It's better to calm down on my own than to add to someone else's poor night.

Some times I wish there was a time limit on getting people in a squad. Last night I was on the server as a SL and after requesting on the Mic a few times to the commander for a few things realized I was talking to my self (no commander). So I told my squad, and then I applied and got it. I don't know how long it actually took but once I got to the commanders screen there were only 4 squads 1 only had one person, 1 had like 3 people, 1 was full, and the other had like two people. The server was full... I think it was around 11:30 CST but not exactally sure. I started to tell my SL's to combine and what not but by that time the other team was well organized and had captured all the flags which left us with no spawn points. They won the game in like 5 minutes it seemed like. But I know it was fast. Frustrating, but I couldn't hold it agents any one.

On the other hand same night I was SL and had some people all over the map. Only like one other person in the squad with a Mic with me and he was actually sticking with me. I said over the Mic that if you are not beside and or going with me or going to the OBJ I set on the map, then I'm going to be forced to kick you from the squad. I made sure to say that it was nothing personal but in the intrest of the team this is our OBJ. After a few minutes I found that every one was with me and we were sticking together. I would call for some thing over the Mic and my squad would follow. My thoughts are that you don't have to be an ass to get/have followers its just they would like a good leader.
