A bit late but I have been dealing with this as well. It comes and goes and at first I thought it was a driver issue but some nights it is as smooth as butter and others it is so bad I just stop playing. Let's see if it continues when we flip the settings.

For everything that I have read and heard it is 64 player. It's one of the biggest reasons I don't play TPG that much anymore. For some reason I just get better hit reg and smooth play elsewhere. My patients can only handle about 2 rounds there. I really wish it wasn't so but 32 - 48 player seems to be the sweet spot
