Thread: Vanilla or HC, pick a side.

IF (IF IF IF IF) TPG goes vanilla or Hardcore (which I think would help) which would you prefer?
Realize the pros and cons.
Discuss.... but don't be ignorant.

Ugh, it's almost like choosing between a root canal and a colon cleansing. While I can't guarantee that doing either would increase random connections I have a slight hunch it might. Based on that alone I would say HC. Health/vehicle regen seems like it would lead to more isolationism. Why do I need teammates to carry med packs or a torch if I can just hide for a bit and be back to full health?

If we have to pick a side I have to go with hardcore simply because it is closer to what we have now. The regs are going to play regardless and since we all came here because of the teamplay we should always focus on that aspect. I think that Civil is right health regen by itself is enough to create a situation where new people can come into the server and not have to contribute to the team.

Its tough. As much as I hate to skew the balance more in favor of vehicles, I think hardcore might be the way to go.

HC, hands down. I actually want to kill someone with less than 20 bullets....

Lots of TPG regulars stopped playing this pos game ,so what difference would it make?

The cost is per slot, not per player, and since DICE is more concerned about guns than reserve slots TPG doesn't make any direct revenue off of the server itself.
