The Alienware tournament should be running a proprietary Anti-cheat app that must be installed on everyone's computer, supposedly catches all the known (and all paid for) cheats and monitors all the files real time when in a game (at least it was when they held the bc2 tourney). As far as catching cheaters within the group I think with the amount of skill level and experience on the team cheaters would be weeded out fairly quick.
I've been a punching bag for several of the members Remy just listed off and I don't think any of them are cheating. They are all excellent players, nothing out of whack in the games we've been in. Some of them have amazing reflex and aims but not aimbotter material. Love Shack has held obj's against them as Remy can attest
Get 7 or more of them on a team and get ready to get spawn locked though :P

There is a custom anti cheat that Alienware runs and everyone has to have in order to play. As Wicked said, there are some that have incredibly fast reflex and shots. At this level, most of them are like that.
