Why is the "February Patch" delayed for PC?

So, where's that 'February Patch' for the PC? : battlefield3
read and upvote...
Does it make any sense that we have to wait for the console people to get their approval?
Sounds like the patch is ready, but why hasn't it been launched for PCs?

Well, you see, PC is, and always has been, the lead platform, so it takes longer to get it right.

DICE don't want any community from one or another platform to feel discriminated, so they release everything for all platforms at the same time...

...unless Sony or Microsoft pays good money....

Also from the post they made about the patches going into certification on xbox and ps3, they also mentioned they are STARTING to work on the pc patch......

I guess we get something more refined? ERRR no that gives them too much credit, I hate EA....
