    Pretty weak story. I mean if the charges were fruadulant why didnt the soldier go into any detail? Just to say they are fruadulant doesnt mean they are. I've had bank of america due to them being every where and my traveling a lot. Everytime something like this happened bofa was quick to resolve it. In short i dont buy his undetailed story.
