Thread: Lets Talk Server Settings Again

Looks like there was a single AK map mixed in with our 64-player map rotation that Dex missed when he removed the AK maps. I've fixed that. We should not show up as AK anymore.

I've applied custom settings to our main server. The following options are enabled:

Friendly Fire
Minimap
Show HUD
Spawn only on squad leader
Minimap spotting
Third person vehicle cameras
Team balance

For now, soldier health is at 100%. We may tweak to 80% based on input of how this round goes.

Gotta say I went to a server yesterday and it started with CQ Donya fortress, then as more people joined it went to Sienne Crossing; after that we switched to bandar desert Rush....

I love that server.

We'll evaluate adding CQ in on the AK server here once we get the rest of the changes added in and tested.

wow! Nice Wiley. Is there some sort of way to tell eveyrone about this. I know alot of my old mates from TF2 uninstalled the game because we went hardcore it would be great if there was a way to mass announce these changes across forums and maybe get more guys back in. I'm really excited for these changes!

Darn, Because the Texans are playing tonight I will be watching that instead. I like the new setting Wile.

I willing to only rable about the health and 3rd person.

Awesome rounds tonight close games every single one and tons of regs on supporting the server. Was nice to see so many familiar faces.

Yea tons of regs. Health needs to be lowered....100 is to high. go 60 and I'll like it.

If we lower it at all, it won't be 60. If we ran 60 we may as well go back to hardcore.
