Honestly was having the same issue as zoran, I'd unload into them and then stop, they'd still be upright! So I was poised to leave because I want hitting my stride, then Tenrou global chatted it was custom... I was basing my view of the server settings on vanilla. I adjusted playstyle, and it went much better! I am liking being able to dodge gunfire instead of instant kill!
Explains why my 870 sucked last night!

People who complain about health need to know a few things. In normal mode with most weapons (assault type damage) the max number of hits you must make to drop a target is 5 vs in hardcore it's 3 we are talking about 2 bullets. In close range 0-10 meters in normal it's 4 and in HC it's 3 a difference of 1 bullet! Sniper rifles (besides semi) do 80 - 59 damage which is why they one shot kill at almost any range of engagement (60 hp HC vs 100 normal). So your probably asking yourself why am I wasting 1/2 clip to take people down!? RANDOM BULLET DEVIATION means that unless your bursting very well you could be missing your target by feet. This game uses a balance of random bullets and lighter recoil to balance gun fights. If you aren't leading properly and dropping the hammer on moving target you are missing. How I know this what most of you are doing because I can hear you firing at me. There is never a pause you see me and drop the hammer and wonder why I have enough time to get away and then reset my suppression and fire back at you.
I noticed something great about going back to 100 hp i could actually plan attacks on MCOMS! My squad mates weren't dying as fast so we could actually plan and execute. Last I checked TPG was about team play and coordination. I saw plenty of that last night especially when it came to rush maps. Also saw a lot less snipers (with high power scopes) out there since it actually requires a level of skill now to make a one shot kill. Over all I'm having a lot more fun because the game is balanced for 100 hp not 60. This isn't ARMA or some real life battle simulator it's an arcade shooter that needs game balance.

Yes I've seen the scramble happen around 5 times I think. I saw a 400 ticket blow out for team 2 turn into a 200 ticket blow out for team 1. Then it switched again and things evened out. Does team scramble ensure no blow outs, no. Does it make sure its not the same team round after round, yes. Typically its a blow out for A side, then a blow out for B, then a real good round.
