Weird Graphics Issue

Had some strange looking stuff start up yesterday. A weird yellow color would show up on certain roads and trees. It happened just after I had movied my card from slot 1 to slot 2 so I thought it had something to do with that but it seems to be a windows update issue that caused it. Here's some pics.

Here's the solution I found and it worked for me.
For desktop PCs:

Go to Control Panel > Programs and Features
Click on "View installed updates" on top left side
Scroll down to "Microsoft Windows (189 or 190)" section
Find "Update for Microsoft Windows (KB2670838?)" and right click on it and then click on uninstall
Reboot
In Teamspeak, re-enable Overlay plug-in and enjoy the game.

Note: if you're using laptop then you have to install patch for KB2670838 instead of removing it.

New case, the side fans are down lower. Was tired of my antique so I upgraded.

Old case was Antec PlusView 1000AMG. Had 2 front, 2 back and 1 side 80mm fans

New case is Cooler Master StormScout 2 Advanced. Has 2 front, 2 top, 2 side and 1 back 120mm fans

Yea, my 8800GTS gave me BSOD All day yesterday after being fine forever....I swapped it out with an old 8600GT i had laying around, Everything seems to be Okay, But it crashed once earlier while i was trying to load up Saints Row. Not sure if 8800GTS actually Died, or if this new windows update is crashing with the nvidia drivers...I was reading something and it said there was a problem with Direct X issues after the update or something and that microsoft was working on a fix...
