Thread: Hacks on the BF2 server? or just a glitch in the game?

Hey guys,

yesterday I was on a team defending the MEC airfield on Kubra Dam. I was sitting in a AAA and giving our flyboys backup while they where rearming and repairing. Then I just saw the message "you were eliminated by XXX-... (forgot his whole name) popping up. But I was still alive and kickin' and haven't been killed in a few minutes!! Then it appeared again from that same player. Unfortunately I didn't make a screenshot in the heat of battle. I can remember now that I had this a few days ago but I did not give notice to it since those messages only pop-up for about 3 secs and I was not sure I read it properly. Now I'm sure it happened more than once to me. Am I the only one experiencing this?

Accasionally Battle Field 2 Messes up. When This happens they do get the kill even if you don't fall over, Its pretty retarded. (VIsa Versa)

There are also Cases where you can Teamkill people without moving, or you can get a kill being halfway across the map from the person.

I guess your lucky though, on the rare accasion it happens to me I die no matter where im at. Its pretty rare though, I would say its about as common as the Invisible wall while flying the jet/Heli.

Whats even Greater is when you Tk your Teammate with a SRAW while flying the jet, anyways overall its retarded and we know EA will never fix it.

glitch...ive had it happen before, amongst other similarly odd messages.

that happens to me, mostly in SF, last nite kewlguy said "im sorry for that tk carcass" i was like "uh?"
it said that he tk'd me but i was still alive and i didnt see any message that i been killed, somehow he didnt get negative points.
and about that invisible wall, i only have experience in Dalian Plant, by the PLA's hangar, and that wasnt an invisible wall in Kubra Dam kelderos, me and asianator got killed and out wreckage landed on top of ur chopper, u were not able to see it cuz literally it landed in ur head, i saw the whole thing, that was pretty funny though.

Yea I remember you telling me that. I only know of about 2 invisible walls, One being Near the Docks on Dragon Valley and the other Somewhere in the Ocean on (Ill insert the name of the map later but it has the Giant Nuklear Silos). Im also pretty sure there is one behind the american Base on Opperation Clean Sweep.

Next time try dying somewhere else =/ Besides over me. I can't recall if you were on or against me on that map though.

it has happened to me before when I saw my name pop up as being killed and I am still driving down the road and am in the jeep driving......Then I look to see if someone else is using my name, not the case either....

It is a glitch that is rare but happens seldom.

(aside from the crane one) the invisible walls are essentially the physical limits/boundaries of the map...ie, no where to go once you reach it, so boom :P
