I still have one question on BF4... They(BF4) stated that you can be a commander from a tablet. If so, is it possible to play on your PC and then switch over to the tablet without disconnecting from the game?

Dunno that's a good question though. I am going to go with a no on that though because that's the safe bet all things considered.

It'd be cool to be able to kill the engine using the .50 cal like police and special forces do. One shot to the engine block.

But Arma 3 just isn't as fun for me. I will wait for the full game for full judgements but the map they have in Beta is to small.
