TPG's Battlefield 4 server is LIVE!

I don't know about you guys but it seemed the server was less stable today and I was like ughhh until I saw that dice are doing more work on the servers today and then I was like alright as long as they don't screw it up more I am fine with it for now. But man I would really love to play this game one night without it crashing.

It went over 4 hours this afternoon with no crashes. Then it crashed 5 times in 2 hours... no rhyme or reason about this.

EA's servers cant handle the load??

I'm going to stop playing over the weekend. We can't even get off the first map in our roation. Invest 40 minutes into priming and playing a match, crashes right at the end. Repeat twice and I'm DONE.

Been up over an hour and a half and on the 3rd map in the rotation. We had a good run last night... was up almost 7 hours straight and populated. Things are calming down a bit.

I don't know what to make of it. I just joined, and a few minutes later the server crashed. Maybe I'm the one crashing it, who knows. I don't know how it could be any single client crashing the server...

Okay, here's my new theory: Round Time

The crashes so far have ONLY happened when the round has gone on for a long time. This is directly attributable to our 800 ticket per team setup. We might be able to keep 64 players, but lower the ticket count, which thereby shortens the rounds, which might let us get through maps.

It seems to me most issues happen at the end of the round regardless of how long it was but it could be worth a shot.

We cannot lower the ticket count. 800 is the default for all servers and you cannot go lower on Conquest Large maps. You can make it bigger but not smaller.
