Could we take off team damage. Atleast until the damn game actually shows the blue markers over teammates heads consistently. I've been shot at everywhere I go because until you full ads sometimes the blue arrow won't show. Luckily for me at least most people ease off the trigger but it just slows game down every time I try get to flag and I have stop every 20 ft to heal because someone on my team thought was an enemy. I can't be only one who sees value in actually playing the game and not sitting on med hubs all the time just get to flag.

I wasn't shot once. And I only shot someone else maybe once. And that was because I turned a corner and he was running at me.

Conversely, I saw someone run up to me and knife me in the face because I couldn't tell if he was an enemy or not.

I don't support turning off FF btw. We always have FF in battlefield.

lets just turn off the doritto. Thats the big boys game.

The problem with not having IFF indicators is camoflauges. There isn't enough to distinguish one team's camoflauge distinctly from the other's, and when players wear their own camo, they can just wear a color really close to the other team's default.

I find it annoying having to delay for half a second every time I want to shoot someone, but fortunately it works both ways. If the enemy wants to avoid a friendly fire incident, they too have to delay a bit when trying to shoot YOU. That's why I tap Q on everything that I think is an enemy. If it's friendly, nothing will happen, if it's an enemy, the visual and audio cues play.

And that will become more of an issue as custom camo's evolve the same has happened in Planetside2. I don't have a problem with FF just sayin as Allane pointed out when in doubt whip the Q out.

Yeah, the custom camo was bad in BF3 too. You have to know the actual uniform for your team. With BF4 it's further complicated because there are 3 different factions to remember.

I was Tked a shitload last night. My team killed me more than the enemy it seemed like. The delay on the cool ranch is annoying. Luckly, I don't think I have TKed anyone yet. Just hurt them and threw them a med bag.

Wish we could turn those off except for the people in your squad. Too much shit on the screen as it is.

We can't turn off friendly tags... only enemy tags.
