Re: TPG Rush/Obliteration Server
Only problem i have with Obliteration is the lack of a game timer. The game we had sunday afternoon was way too long. i felt like I needed a nap after that hour long round. I think my score was like 98-85 or some crazy high number like that.

Conquest is for the weak.
Try something where the enemy team is defending only two points you need to overtake. Yeah, that takes skill and coordination.
Obliteration, just fun. As many of us have said, it's like a shooting gallery of rugby. Nothing so exciting as being the bomb carrier visible to EVERYONE running the damn thing to an objective and dodging tank shells and gun fire.gehn liked this post

The 32 man server is the manly choice.

Re: TPG Rush/Obliteration Server
When I am carrying my bomb, I keep trying to be "sneaky" and forget that everyone sees this giant red target on everyone's map!
Also, though it feels like it you do not actually run slower with the bomb. I think that is the consequence of being self aware and knowing that everyone on the map knows where you are and has trained their sites on you!
... I've even tried to "spot" the bomb a number of times ... d'oh
The maps are definitely an adrenaline rush and not for the faint of heart or easily suffer from butt hurt. I'll admit I can only play this kind of server for so long though I DO love the smaller 32 "person" conquest. With the 64 "person" conquest server some maps "feel" to small and many times it feels like a blinking ant hill with a million people swarming everywhere (a good time to have a Commander on with UAV to show you this is not true). My goal is to succeed in any mission - and live to succeed again.
God grant that I may not be found wanting, that I will not fail this sacred trust.
"bite my shiny metal ...!"
