Go back to playing a real class. But in all honestly medic+engineer FTW, just like in every other battlefield.

I've got one more gun In engie and a couple more in assault I think. I keep wanting to start unlocking support but end up switching to engie mid-fight out of necessity.

Support is rough at the lower levels because most of the LMGs are so horrible. Then you use the MG4 and M204B and you don't want to use anything else.

As for emgi's and medics... self supplying C4 FTW. I've killed more tanks and vehicles as a Support with C4 then with anything an engi has. I'll play medic more when they beef them up more. The paddles don't give enough life, the ability to res goes away to fast, and the med kits aren't fast enough.

I am rather fond of the U100 MK-5. That thing shoots ropes. Short burst/tap firing... that thing is deadly.

Play through SP, and get the M249. Use that until you unlock the RPK-12.

Yup, a lot of the LMGs take patience. After I started using the U100, it wasn't my most hated anymore but it by far wasn't the favorite.

I really liked the RPK-74. That thing is a ranged beast.
