It just allows you to see what you need to do to complete the Phantom Trainee Unlock.

How To Unlock Phantom Trainee Challenge:

Go to leaderboards
Click the skull on left bottom
Wait for texting asking for password
Once the text appears the password is : EPIC DREAM WORLDS

Yep. It's a premium only thing.

You have to have unlocked (but not necessarily completed) the Phantom Prospect assignment. It's basically the same thing... Go to Leaderboards. Click on the skull in the lower left corner. At the password prompt type "bumpinthenight".

I think if you don't have the Phantom Prospect unlocked, it'll expect that password first, and then you can type the Phantom Trainee password.

In China Rising, there were these statues that had a Braille letter on the base. They just messed around with the letters to get the password for Phantom Prospect. In Naval Strike, there was a lot more involved sleuthing needed, including a website, a photo, a profile on Battle Log, etc that were combined to come up with the password.
