Do I need naval strike to play on TPG server?

Technically speaking you need all of them. Also technically speaking, you don't need any of them. You can ignore the warning that Battlelog issues you when you try to join a server that hosts DLC maps, but you'll be kicked off whenever a DLC map you don't have pops up, otherwise you can play as normal.

How do you get past the Battlelog warning? The only options I get are "Get Premium" or "Get XYZ" even when it's playing on a vanilla map.

Yeah, this is weird. I wanted to try the game for free to see what it was like but the game wants me to pay for shit on a game I don't own wtf? lol
