To how many people do you have to spread the rep before you can give it again to the same person?

I don't think it's a set limit. I think it's an amount you give out.

Users can't give reputation more than 10 times per day, and have to spread it to 20 different users before they can hit the same user again.

Those are the only ways reputation amount is limited.

Hey folks, I have another question, imagine that!

I was wondering how many of the teamplayers on 2142 play the recon role as a sniper on a regular basis.

I enjoy sniping, and when I originally began playing 2142, that was the first role that I unlocked.
The role definatly seems more suited to lonewolf style play, I was just curious as to how many of you find
it feasible to snipe and still be an integral part of the squad.

It's very circumstantial at best. I'm a fairly good sniper, but I rarely snipe because if you're sitting back shooting people at the flag, you're not capping the flag.

Sure 'nuff, told me everything I needed to know.

I've just recently started using my sniper rifle more......on conquest maps with orders to defend at choke points....it worked out perfectly.

I've also used it when assualting a flag the rest of my squad is pushing to take. Saved more than a few squad members from the 2:1 ratio bad guys at a flag. It's amazing how fast you can take out non-moving flag campers just as your squad arrives to take flag. Although this technique doesn't always work like I want, so I don't use this one much.
