omg i havent gotten my points from yesterday and i got 3 golds it is lagging on mine hopefully i get those points i will be pissed if mine is still frozen casue it gave me hope for a bit but then i just got nothing GOD DAMMIT >_<

Ok I got tampa to work finally and now it kicks me for high average ping. Any ideas?

I downloaded it directly from EA. Was sure to turn off Anti-Virus/Firewall stuff. Installed it, rebooted, joined the TTP BF2 server. No problems whatsoever. So i'm not sure what to tell you guys, other than the BETA probably has some stuff not updated in it. Probably map adjustment settings and those will conflict with official release. Which may or may not result in CTD's, or disconnects.

I had the beta installed. I downloaded the new release and installed it right over the beta and everything worked fine last night.

Just curious. I have been trying to get in the server for several hours now and I can't get in BECAUSE I don't have Tampa. Has TTP been infected with the usual bs of, "OH MY GOD ! A NEW MAP ! LETS PLAY IT TO DEATH UNTIL NOBODY WANTS TO PLAY IT ANYMORE!!!"

Why don't you go to ea games and download it.....It took me 2.5 minutes.

Just a word of caution. PB was giving me fits after I downloaded the final version. Did updates, pbsec, etc. Finally shut down and had no issues.

its funny how from the beta to the map we have now nothing changed except the main bases are uncappable........i think they should put a bomber and a attack helo in that map and make it a little smaller.
