why is the name of the threat HAHAHAHA? this is not a laughing matter, i've been kicked for spam before, and that means, the server is not an IRC (internet related chat) if you want to chat the server is not the place for it.
anyways i hope you get this as a warning like i did.
since i got kicked for chit-chat i never done it again. i dont want to be baned! lol

talking in the squad is different then spamming the mic. In other words you weren't talking in the squad, you were babbling and not using the voice talk for its purpose, teamwork, at least according to the screen shot.

I can PERSONALLY vouch for Ox, if he is on the server I WANT him in my squad. Yeah, he can chat a little, we all do, if you say you don't, you're only fooling yourself, because the rest of us can hear it from time to time. Chat is not a bad thing. ESPECIALLY if your squad is the only one defending ANYTHING, and the enemy is only too easy to cut down if they even make it to you.

Ox is an EXCELLENT team player and I can count on him to suicide if I need someone to do it bad enough, he won't even ask, he'll do it before I can get the words out of my mouth.

As for the night this happened, I WAS THERE HE WAS IN MY SQUAD WHEN WE LOST HIM. LET THERE BE NO DOUBT ABOUT THAT. I did not learn of why he was disconnected from the server, I had suspected that either his game crashed or he had some other difficulty. But when he was in-game I asked him, "Ox, I thought you had a mic?" he replied, "I do, but it broke so all i can do is type." Which by the way, he did pretty much only in squad ("L").

If there is any confusion as to why or what I have said here, PLEASE, feel free to ask for clarification. However, having said that, I think this is more than clear.

I remember this pretty well. I just can't remember why you told me it was broke. But I do remember that you said when you had the money and time you were gonna get a new one, am I mistaken?
