Re: Have you ever had one of those days ?
One thing I do when I am playing really badly, is I just slow my game up a little bit, get more careful and methodical.
It's all about practice.
One thing Mury taught me that helped me to get a lot better is that you are going to be twice as successful if you can find a way to put yourself in the right place at the right time. He also told me once that everyone would be alot better at this game if they would stop doing stupid shit all the time. How true
If your dying at a furious pace over and over, trying to accomplish any one task, then its probably not the task you should be doing. If your dead all over a silo your trying to capture for ten minutes, then you probably just wasted ten minutes, because usually that means that somewhere there is a silo just sitting there with nobody guarding it, because they are all having so much fun shooting you over and over at the other one.
So if your dying over and over, sit back and analyze why. Don't keep throwing yourself onto the enemy guns, find a way around them, behind them, over them. Hit another objective, go blow up their commander toys, hunker down and defend something that looks like it will be hit. There will always be something productive you can do to have fun and help your team, and improve your play at the same time.
Ok I don't know if that made sense, what I am trying to say though is that alot of times having a bad round can stem as much from not being efficient or playing smart. When those really bad days hit, break it down, and figure out why. Your getting alot better these days Greyhawke, so I know its not because everyone shoots straighter than you

Just checked, I have 10. I also have many nights my score is single digits.
I had one on a map last night was -2 (got charged for a team kill and don't know why) :'(
My last map before I quit finally got a 29 and was fourth. So I figured that was enough luck for one night.

Re: Have you ever had one of those days ?
most times...my bad nights are related to my bad days...my mind is elsewhere. I get the purple heart's when I am following orders...attack that titan...only problem is that if you are not in a squad of full of regulars (or people who listen), attacking titans these is suicide. I have received more PH on Titan Attack than I care to think about.
oh yeah, and on those knife servers that I realize now are not allowed...
