Now believe me I will be the first to knife someone if the opportunity arises but to run around an extremely active zone with a knife trying to force an opportunity is just... well silly.

Last night on Verdun we were hashing it out over Silo 1 and it seemed like everyone who was attacking decided to bring a knife to the gun fight. I must have killed Texanandhis Gun 3 times in a matter of a few minutes because he was trying to come at me in plain sight with a knife. I mean he might as well wore a sign with a bullseye on it. No offense Texan, but it was humorous for a while.

Maybe it was just one of those "ways to defeat boredom" tactics we recently read about http://www.texasteamplayers.com/index.php?topic=18319.0but after 5 minutes of this the novelty wore off at it almost became annoying. That's just me though.

yeah thats exactly what was up.

I had become bored as hell and we had a spawn beacon there.
I figured hell I'll pod in and knife till they blow it up. along time later and 6 knife kills later they did and I moved on....no actually i didn't ; I started knifing on my titan too

and too be honest if i had known you weren't there i prolly would have stopped . You see i am actively after yours , charvel and winters tags ; if i ever get big dogs or sjt17 i'm printing that shit out and framing it.

The only time I'll pull out my knife in the middle of a gunfight is if

1) I run out of ammo and there is no time to reload.

2) All but 2 people have died.
or
3)I brought the wrong damn kit for a face to face battle.
