Hey Jeep - last night, when I was on the opposing teeam on Kubra, you made one (nearly successful) attempt to capture Intake - then for the rest of the game we waited for you to come back and you didn't - unlike you not to persevere for the most strategic flag.
But then on Dalian Plant, you just would'nt give up on reactor towers, and after holding it for a while, we had to give in to your persistent attacks from the South - that's the Jeep I have come to know and respect (if I'm on his team) or fear (if he's on the opposing team).
Anyway had some good battles last night

Re: Jeep changing tactics?
Just trying to keep everyone on their toes.
I will change my game plan from time to time depending on very many variables.
When I was younger I would spend countless hours playing every war game I could get my hands on. Of course back then there were no computers, all paper chits and printed maps. Even now, I play all kinds of computer strategy games. I cant get enough of them. I love this server because it actually gives me some of the best of both worlds. "First person kill stuff" and with team play "strategy that can be carried out in real time". Sometimes it works sometimes it ends in doom for me and my fellow squad mates.
But it is also a reason I like commanding so much to especially with squads that follow orders.
And one more thing, we absolutely had some great games last night. For a good 4 hours we had some nice even teams and very close games. I love it when the score is decided by 50 points or less win or lose.

Re: Jeep changing tactics?
I had the pleasure of being on Jeeps squad during several of these rounds. Good times. And bryn0202, I think Jeep changed his tactics at least two or three times during that round on Kubra, which I would have to agree, not typical. I'm used to pounding the same flag with Jeep until we get it. But the plan wasn't working, so like any good leader would do, he changed the plan.
Good games last night. If I wasn't so tired from staying up until 3 AM my time I'd be playing right now.

We are [neab] clan
oh, hi, didn't see you there.
I'd like to introduce neab Clan; we are a group of players who love gaming and love having fun. I would consider it more of a friendly community of players who's only requirement to join is that they aren't complete dickheads.
The idea arose out of the harsh nature of competitiveness that FPS games created. Sometimes newer players or even players who HAVE played for a while will get smashed in game and are left with a feeling of frustration and occasional resentment.
neab offers a place to have fun for those tired of the negativity, a place to practice for those who want to get better, and soon a place to compete for those who watch the pros and say, "I can do that".
So check us out, we don't discriminate against skill level and will still be your bff even if you don't join.
Our forum is neab Clan Forum - Powered by vBulletin. It is not the final look of the forum so don't be surprised if you see it change.
See you all in game!
