.....man, ive just started playing GOW2...only horde mode single player atm and did anyone else think when they first saw the butcher...

....anyways i was wondering...does anyone play GOW2 online? and if so is the online really as f'ed in the A as people say it is?
Supposidly you can melee through walls and glitch like pig..and in a nutshell the online mode is just so so borked its unplayable

For me GOW i truly believe was made for me by the gaming gods...the game was just ridiculously awesome...(until Cliffy B and fucking microsoft decided to fuck up Ranked games so you cant teamup.... assholes) ...and if this game is actually playable i will re-sign up to XBLive..... but ive heard so much bad about it

is it really broken?

It's fun online and I don't think you can melee through walls.

havent seen any bad glitches recently and its rly rly fun. the only quarrel id have is lag, but tht happens with any game....its awesome ....and yeah i learned u cant the hard way too lol

Ive heard though that everyone really just plays Hoard?...is this true or does everyone play all the game types? some of them sound cool...i like the sound of Wingman...the 2vs2vs2vs2! ....VoodoO shoe & Goose sound like a pretty damn good combo

I personally dont like Horde mode....too repetitive for me..
I tend to just play warzone and similar game types....I have no problem finding games generally....although my horrible NAT setting hinders it..

I hate it when you shoot the guy coming up to you with the chainsaw and you shoot him with the shotgun or any other weapon 2 to 3 times and he is still able to chainsaw you.

Basically in GoW2 online people mostly play Execution and Warzone, and main guns to grab like pills are Longshot Boomshot and Torque Bow. While guns you choose while waiting is just shotgun and lancer. It's a shotgun Fest I tell ya!

Chainsaw Fest are usually on Annex where we have to stay in a circle till the 60 Seconds of it are up and it move somewhere else.

oh man :/ .....that was pretty much how the first gears of war panned out!
if you didnt get the cool guns you mentioned it was just shotty balotty all over the place!

ive picked up the mortar and minigun playing hoard...are they in the other game modes online aswell? or is it just the original set of guns?
