Leader or Follower?

I am a leader i love to lead but commander is to boring, squad lead is for me. I will be squad member if friends are there but i like squad lead more.

I love to lead a squad, which is why I voted for squad leader. However, I do love to command, provided everyone is working as a team, cause if you have 5 out of 6 squads not cooperating, and the sixth squad is only a two man squad, then it's useless.

I actually prefer SM to SL or CO. Not due to a lack of leadership skill, but because I have four kids and often have to leave in the middle of a round. Not cool to your squad to have to do that when you are SL

I chose member.

I squad lead A LOT and command almost as often .

But my heart is in following orders and getting the job done.

I think I do well in Squad leader and commander roles. I do it because it needs to be done. I rarely derive much joy from it though.

But even as a member I find my self telling the squad what to do and what not to do. I even catch my self and apologize to the squad leader for it, well sometimes lol , I guess I am just a jerk that way.
