Thread: commander excelence badge

well a huge thank you to every one who gmaes here with me when i am commanding ,
26 points , and one 25 minute game to go and i got it gold at last .
would not and could not do it with out you ladies and gents here , and laggy .
it all comes down to great team work , and great team play .
so thank you all .
now to decide when to get those last points .

well aint life a biatch .

that was not an issue .
then i got to get one 25 minute game .
simple.
what do i go and do , 24 minutes 8 seconds .
3 am , and aint no way i going to try that one again tonight , a 25 minute game on conquest .
had this issue when i had to to a 20 minute game for silver .
got the points , then i got a 19 minute 59 second game .
i was fuming at that one .
1 damn second , its a badge , i had it , all down to one second .
but got that , now on to gold .
all i got to do is make 1 game last 25 minutes .
sounds easy , but it aint .
oh well got all weekend to do it .

and remember, you MUST resist the temptation to send your entire team running backwards to the next defense spot just to draw the game out another 2 minutes.

It'll come Scoobs. I got mine quite by surprise. If you want a guaranteed long time map, try a Northern Strike map in the middle of the night when they don't have full teams.

was sat here last night thinking , what if .
and then i thought mass suicide , and withdraw would the guys go for it ?
kinda like a backwards jhad .
instead of going up , just for a moment confuse the shite out of them , mass suicide , and back you go .
just for that extra 56 seconds .
but then joking aside .
got me thinking again more.
conquest maps , when you get stuck at that point , do that , get every oen to pull back to bring them to you to attack .
why go in the open , when you can mass suicide , take up a defence , get in cover at a selected point and wait for them to push forwards .
would confuse the shite out of them as well as you all as that order come up .
its got me thinking on new ways to defend things , and offence.
not for the time , that ill just do on a empty server , that ones easy .
but the thought on how to with draw when you pushing on no further and goign to get no where .
to pull them out and to you .
does suicide count against ticket loss ?

At night, maybe around midnight your time, a lot of people drop off...only a few regs leave and a lot people we don't know come on...but even then it is only 10-15 on each side...and almost always those matches run the full time period. I think it happens the most on Liberation and bridge, not as much on Port Bavaria.
