when you see 20 motion mines , dont wait for motion mine bait .
drive in to them with 6 guys on a apc .
when you are in a acp, dont back away from that walker , to bring him to a rail gun .
drive up to him and let him blast at you .
and when you on titan .
when you get a assault titan order , dont thin hey there shields are down in 30 seconds and they got no defence up as they all on the ground .
wait till there shields are down and then go attack .
after that , assault there titan full on , and neglect orders to then stay on silos as there whole team is on defence , and you got 3 clear silos .
or maybe sit on your titan , on a unwanted defence .
and yes , when i say leave the titan and follow orders , i expect it done .
not in 10 minutes .
not in 5 .
that moment .
no one attacking , already got a squad on defence .
so why waste another squad ?
because you a muppet .
adn yes i will warn you .
issue new orders .
scream down the mic .
ask for admin .
and run up my self and throw a nade at you incase you aint got the abilty to spawn or suicide .
and before any of you muppets sit there saying yea yea what ever.

think on , its like this , its a team game , i work for a team , i work for you to score well , win or loose .
follow orders , and you will see squad scores , and tema work scores through the roof .
unless you dont like things like that , and want to do things your way fine .

i have personaly score higher points , squad and commander , in this server than any other .
what does that come down too and why does that matter ?
simple , it means team work is up there at the highest levels possible .
want to take command , fine take it .
get a mic up , and do it .
want to be a squad leader ?
follow commanders orders.
want to be a squad member , do the same .
work as a team .
not as some thing that you flush down the pan .
this is aimed at all you that game at the following hours .
4-7 pm .
and 1-3 am .
evening times you might want to drop in here , see how its done.
or stay with the muppet times and i hope you all get banned .

It really does drive me up the wall when i get a "renegade" squad that thinks my orders are just to be put on there maybe list of things to do. If I ask you to do something its because I'm constantly looking on the map at the bigger picture, and if I see an opening to do some damage you probably won't because your knee deep in enemies. The whole idea is if everyone follows orders we get the big WIN and who doesn't like winning match's? I especially love winning by large margins because it means me and my squads did an excellent job executing orders and finding weak spots in our enemies defenses. To go even a step further last night as squad leader I decided to keep opening my mini map and see how the battle was going outside my neck of the woods while we didn't have a commander. Theres time to take your own innovative as squad leader and theres times when you better follow damn orders. I've gotten orders I don't agree with, but you know what it's not match to call. I'll do what I'm told and motivate my squad to follow those orders to the best of our abilities. lol wow I really vented here today, but in all seriousness I love this server because we have the ability to run strategy's that couldn't be run in those vanilla do what you want servers.

Depends on the night you catch some of the regulars. I've yelled at a reg squad for 5 minutes to follow an order (voice and typing as commander) to no avail.

Yeah, though, usually we're on point.
