Does anyone know how long it takes to recharge? It seems to take forever. Also is there any indication of when you're charged up?

the red circle around the charger emblem in the bottom-right hand corner of your screen tells you both when your charge is ready, and also shows how much longer you will need to wait before it is ready

    Fail.

Anywho, I enjoyed the Tank more in Left 4 Dead over L4D2. We can all agree that playing as the Tank on DA5 was lots of fun, that is, unless, you have some mental issue.

DA5? You mean the map where the tank could be completely impotent if the other team camped out behind the plane at the fence? Honestly, I found tank more fun on any other L4D finale than that one :\.

So, do I have mental issues lol?

I must have more... I hate playing the Tank, period. :P Too much pressure, too little power for a "boss" Infected. It's pretty sad when the most cited strategy with the Tank is sit back and throw rocks--the secondary attack. Especially considering Valve added the rage meter to get Tanks to "rush in and start swinging."

The Specials are much more fun to play as, and in many cases, much more effective.

The pressure is pretty bad yeah, especially if your team expects you to wipe out the other tea with them sitting back. Can't count the amount of times i've been pressured into running blindly into the survivors, expecting my team to help. So I stopped, and taking some flak for not rushing in is worth the damage caused by rocks and being able to rush when your team creates an adequate distraction.

The rage meter is reasonably easy to get by, its never caused me a problem in L4D2 at least. Just lob rocks near them. You really do have to rely on a good distraction by your team for you to be able to rush in though, which isn't really what Valve intended, I'm sure.

tank was useless on da5 if you camped behind the plane.. and yes playing a tank on l4d is better then l4d2
