Adreneline is great if you need a super quick, last minute save before the very end. Otherwise, I put my faith in pills.

They are, honestly, two separate items used for separate occasions, or at least they should be. You wouldn't exactly pick Adrenaline over Pills if you know there's not a crescendo, Tank and you're just trying to get to the last of the level; you'd pick Pills. If you're at Dead Center Chapter 2's crescendo, you would inject yourself with Adrenaline and then take Pills, depending on what the Director gave you.

It just wouldn't make sense to take Adrenaline over Pills when you're trying to just Survive, and not run away from something.

Thanks to the new Bleed Out mode I find myself craving Pills more then adrenaline. Pills just seem to give you more bleed out life .

Adrenaline is great if you want to pick up a friend or heal faster. But Pills seem to be more helpful in every other category .

Pills are better if u just go through a level and need some health.

Adrenaline is better if u are in a sticky situation (horde, event, tank, finalle or all together) cause it boosts you and gives a little health.

I'm gonna have to go with the peelz. It was a hard choice though because both have been a help to me during hardcore battles.

During an online round of 'The Parish', an adrenaline came in handy when I found my health in the red about twenty seconds from the second safehouse in the middle of an epic crescendo. It gave me the speed to haul ass quick-time to the end. This has happened to me a few times on different levels.

Pills, on the other hand are always a blessing when low on health. I couldn't even begin count the amount of times they have saved me from death or kept me going until the next first aid kit.

I gotta go with adrenaline shots. Granted pain pills will suffice if there is an absence of adrenaline, but when given the choice adrenaline is definitely the way to go. It speeds everything up: going through hordes, healing yourself or another group member, speeds up helping up a group member, etc. (all of this while giving you a slight health boost) Pain pills are just that; pain pills.
