I joined team Judge 2 yrs back, and I had BF2 before the tag , I bought 2142 last year and didnt like the name Silverspectre (spectre was my old SOF2 name -silver because I live in Nevada ) anyways nice server for Bf2 , was fun playing again with my newer PC that can run it better than my old one did . I noticed its easier to play running better frames per second , the old graphic cards barely ran Bf2 at all when I first bought the game. Still annoyed by long ass loading times with BF2 , would have thought EA had optimised map loads by now. :2

Out of what we've seen so far, what would you give "The Passing" out of ten?

how do you think it will rank with the other L4D2 Campaigns

I personally, think it will be my favorite campaign in L4D2 and my second favorite in the series.

It looks great. First off, it brings back the atmosphere that made L4D good, the dark, rain that cut visability down and just made it look better. Also, the unforgiving building in the second level looks like it couldbe a major bitch to pass through.

what is your favorite campaign in the series? mine is a tie between no mercy and blood harvest, my favorite campaign in l4d2 is dark carnival hands down!!!

yeah same here, im suprised that so many people have given it 10 already i mean we havent seen that much so its much too early to decide im excited though so i gave it a 7

i wont rate this yet just in case i jinx things, but honestly i am really really excited about the passing

it looks like a return indeed to the atmosphere that i loved so much in the first one. i always thought a witch was more creepy when you could hear her crying somewhere in the dark building you happened to be going through when you hear her.

I agree with urbanscumbag and also hope that particularly, the achievements arent as buggy as crash course's were. and hope that if we're gonna get another "punt 20 cars into survivors as the tank" achievement again that the tank is given more regularly in places where this is actually achievable. first thing i said going through crash course section 1 was "wow this is dangerous if a tank comes" but it never does.

Also just to also add: No mercy will always be a classic

so thats one of my favs, as is dark carnival and hard rain from l4d2. dark carnival is great fun all the way through, and hard rain has an ingenius game mechanic, i think the *ahem* hard rain offers so much for the campaign.

can't wait for the passing to finally get released
