i had the same issue. i purchased the dvd's though, not online, and still could not get online. i registered, and everytime i would try and get on, it would give me some message about not being valid. it's been a while so i do not remember the exact message. so, i just left it alone for about a week and one day decided to try it one more time. i can't explain it, but it started loading like a charm. i wish i wish i could tell you, "it's not worth it", "the maps are not cool", something that would ease the pain. But, i just can't. There are some pretty cool maps, i know, i know, like pouring salt in your wound. hope you figure it out though.

P.S. as cool as the maps are, nothing holds a candle to playing with the regulars at TTP
