hmmm, this makes sense what you say about the death statistic for vehicles. Although in a gunship the vast majority of deaths will be caused by other gunships so there's not much difference in between the two interpretations.

I wish my interpretation was the one EA used, it makes more sense as a measure of your success with a particular weapon.

EDIT: it bothers me that EA gives us that K/D ratio as if it means something. I'd like to have either a ratio of gunships I've killed Vs. Gunships that killed me or Kills while in gunship Vs. Deaths while in gunship. I don't understand what the ratio they give us measures.

The 2nd one is what EA has.

Finishing Broken CC Achievements, Blood Harvest Expert and Untouchables!

    Hello everyone,

I recently found out about the method used to complete the "broken" achievements for Crash Course (The broken achievements are: Smash Hit, Slippery Pull, Jumpin' Jack Smash and Tank Stumble) which requires the use of a system link game, something that players have to screw a bit with the games search engine in the 360 version to achieve (No harm is done to the game and it's not considered cheating, the basic idea is that Valve's dedicated servers shit themselves, however system link games don't have this issue, there are no actual changes to how the game works). There is a bit of information around on it and there are multiple methods, however I've obtained the simplest and least detrimental one.

There have been players offering to help players with achievements like Slippery Pull (For example, TeenRacer6), however there haven't been many who've decided to get a group together to obtain all the CC achievements. This is what I plan to do; I'll start the system link match and invite interested players and we will speedily concentrate on CC achievements (I've found and created the easiest method for all 10 achievements, I only need two myself; 20 car pile up/slippery pull, but I'm happy to help others). For Maximum speed and efficiency 5 players (including myself) would be an ideal number of players, however any number could easily be worked around.

After this has been done I'll be organizing a simple Untouchables achievement run, Game will be set to Versus mode and the finale of Death Toll, team of 4 defends on the bridge after clearing area of all zombies, whilst a single player will be playing as the infected so that there are no special infected attacking the team, allowing for an extremely easy escape, obviously the ideal number of players for this is 5-8, however if there are less it could possibly worked around, if not more difficult.

Finally I'd also be running a simple Blood Harvest Run on Expert, using the Lobby "exploit" so as to complete the beginning of the game on easy mode and only do the finale on expert (this still gives players the achievement) and complete the obscenely difficult level using the "Jesus Tree" (As much as I dislike using exploits, I feel Expert mode is terribly balanced with regards to tanks, especially since +95% of all players who have completed any expert modes have been forced to use exploits, bit of a shame really). This would take a fair few attempts regardless, so patience is necessary.

If you're interested in any of the things I've listed above then please post below and note which of the 3 types of achievement runs you're interested (one, all, whatever you're interested in).

Thanks for reading, hope to play with you soon.

I was, can't believe I got the name wrong, I'm gonna edit it, but it get's the message across, you're known pretty well on these forums.

I never really left, just didn't really have much to post, I mainly hit forums to read and I never post too much since all my posts are incredibly long, and when I re-read them I see so many mistakes I get pissy at myself.

Thanks for posting, nice to see that the post is getting some attention, even if it is from people who don't need it.

I can understand boosting for the CC ones but don't do it for the other two. They may be hard but both are pretty easy to get provided you have a team of four.

    Blood Harvest: Use the barn.
Untouchables: Two good spots on Dead Air finale for this one.

The hardest part of Blood harvest is making it to the finale. If you can make it to the farm house you should be able to beat it on your first try if you have good team mates.

For untouchables it is all about team work and begin smart when you do ammo runs. Watch out for hunters who just love to get in cheap hits. Keep pipe bombs handy to use while the door of the airplane is opening.

I still need BH on Expert, so hit me up if you manage to get a few people together. I don't know if doing the "Easy" glitch is really necessary though, it's not that difficult to get to the finale.

It's more or less speeding up the whole process to reach the finale, reaching the Finale's is actually one of the most entertaining things of all ingame whilst still being a challenge. The Finale's themselves on expert are some of the most horrendously balanced piles of crap though.

Nice to see that there are some people interested, I'll toss you a friend request if you don't do it before I do, BH expert is something I'm looking forward to.
